Admitted investment: € 50,200.00 Grant awarded: € 27,559.80 The project had the general objective of building a latest generation multi-channel digital infrastructure: Digital Branding through the development of the corporate business model and related value proposition with strategic structuring of digital branding. Review of the sales strategy and creation of an E-commerce Platform consistent with the latest multi-channel addresses, user experience and connection with the virtual community building system for Brand Awareness, online shop, customer journey. Business intelligence as a support to the market intelligence system aimed at monitoring the performance of the customer experience strategy of the company and of the online shop. At the same time, also in consideration of the growing amount of data to manage, also increased by the development of the digital infrastructure, the company has implemented an Information Security Management System compliant with the ISO 27001 Standard integrated with the Quality Management System compliant with ISO 9001 Standard and with the Management System of Good Manufacturing Practices compliant with the ISO 22716 Standard, certified systems. The new System is also integrated with the Environmental Management System compliant with the ISO 14001 Standard and with the Social Responsibility Management System compliant with SA 8000 Standard, Systems that have been implemented for some time in the Company even if they have not been certified to date. The introduction of this new Management System makes it possible to make the approach in the management of all the processes concerning in specifically Information Security. The intent is to guarantee information security and transparency in every business activity and process aimed at managing data and information.
